What We Love

Cali is our smallest horse at Living Legends. He is a very sweet little horse that turns into a funny liquorice monster when he smells or sees it near him. He is a real water horse and loves rain, splashing in puddles and rolling in mud whenever he gets a chance. He also loves to assist us when we try and give his paddock mates a bath! He is a very well-travelled horse: born in America, raced in Spain, France and Hong Kong and then retiring to Australia. To this day, California Memory is still the only horse to have won two Hong Kong Cups! Cali was a very shy when he first came to Living Legends and we have loved watching him come out of his shell and become the lovely friendly little horse he is today! Cali is has also been a part of our Legends Under Saddle program and was doing dressage movements and liberty work. He is a very smart horse!
