If you are planning a large function, or you’re after something a little different, we have these options for you.
The Rustic Tank Shed, located in the gardens to the south of Woodlands Homestead, provides ample room for meetings, lunches, or outdoor activities. It can also be used as a break-out area and is available for private hire for corporate events and functions.
Backing onto Woodlands Historic Park, the Shed boasts magnificent views. There is ample grass area for team-building activities and it is a great meeting point if you wish to utilise the Woodlands Park for walks, bike riding, and other activities.
Capacity:
For larger scale conferences we can arrange a marquee. This can vary in size depending on your requirements. Popular sites for a marquee include the old tennis court, or the soccer field.
Our beautiful grounds and indoor spaces are available for private and corporate functions, offering a unique setting surrounded by our retired champion horses. Function packages and venue hire options are available upon enquiry, and we’re happy to work with you to create a tailored experience.

Our magnificent gardens, historic buildings and the charm of the Australian bush combine to create a picturesque venue for your wedding. Your ceremony, photographs and reception are all catered for in one location, with a variety of idyllic settings for you to choose from.
You can even choose to have our retired champion racehorses participate in different ways, adding a unique feature to your special day.
A range of catering options are available for your function, from standalone packages to full-day catering packages.
